RAFFLE RESULTS!!!

"WIN ME SWIFT" FUNDRAISER
1948 Globe GC-1B, N78271

SMF President Charlie Nelson Reports on the...
Oct 4th, 2008 Fund Raising Raffle Results

1st Place “Swift N78271--------Ticket No. 385 Keith Lassen, Bradenton, Fl.

2nd Place, $1000.00---------------Ticket No. 971 Charles Sherlin, Athens, TN

3rd Place, $1,000.00--------Ticket No. 915 Donald Hyra, German Town, WI

4th Place $500.00----------------------Ticket No. 918 Curtis Wyss, Monroe, WI

5th Place  $500.00-----------------Ticket No. 970 Charles Sherlin, Athens, TN

Above are the amazing results, a total of 832 tickets were sold, the vast majority were sold to Non Swift Museum Foundation, Inc. members. Even so, the 1st place winner is a member,  I think the ticket was purchased at Sun-N-Fun.

The second place $1000.00 and 5th place $500.00 was purchased here at HQ’s during a Museum ‘Open House” on Saturday Sept. 28. Mr Sherlin and his brother Conan Sherlin bought a combined total of seven tickets between them selves. Incredibly so, two were winners.

Another amazing point, the tickets, after certification by our CPA, were  placed in a large plastic drum for rotating and tumbling. Members present took turns rotating and tumbling the drum for a total of 10 or 15 minutes. Even so, the final four tickets came from the 900 series of tickets.

The entire drawing was closely supervised and conducted by our CPA.

We extend our thanks and appreciation to each and everyone who participated. These proceeds will be a great boost to our building funds.

  Thanks again to all.
Swiftly,
Charlie Nelson
