Region 50 Officers   Tourist Information U.S. IPA Web Site On line Agencies	Region 50 was chartered in November of 1997 at the NDC meeting. The region consists of Napa and Solano Counties in California. The Napa Valley is known world wide for the fine wine that it produces. Solano County also produces wines but is lessor known. Both Counties are rich in California history. Benicia, California, served as the State Capitol from February 1853 to February 1854.
