  The Fall Gathering of the Red River Swift Wing will convene at Granbury Municipal (GDJ), Granbury, TX., 16 through 19 Oct 2008.  Dallas-Ft. Worth Sectional.   We have an interesting schedule for Swifters to enjoy this year.....something for everyone.

Includes continental breakfast each morning plus 
Hospitality Room and transportation.

Note: There are other hotels/motels in the area. 
Some do not have continental breakfast and transportation will not be provided.

  The Visitors Bureau will provide "Trolley" service to and from the airport
in the morning and returning to the hotel in the evening.  Additionally,
they will provide the "trolley" on Saturday to transport the ladies to the
square for shopping and a luncheon at the Merry Heart Tea Room. 

There will be a fashion show for the ladies.

Thursday Oct 16
Arrivals begin, check in at La Quinta Inn & Suites, Debriefing at Hospitality Room 
La Quinta Inn (TWS), Cook-out at home of Steve & Barb Wilson, Pecan Plantation

Friday Oct 17
Breakfast at the Hotel, 10-4 Registration, Formation ground school - FBO Conference Room, SkyTec Factory Tour,  Lunch catered at the airport,  Debriefing in Hospitality Room - La Quinta Inn (TWS),  Texas BBQ dinner

Saturday Oct 18
Breakfast at the Hotel, 10-4 Registration, Ladies shopping on the Square with luncheon and fashion show at the Merry Heart Tea Room, Fly-out to Breckenridge (50 NM) [P-38 White Lightening Restoration], Lunch catered at the airport, Corvette Show in Granbury, Debriefing in Hospitality room - La Quinta Inn (TWS), Banquet and Awards at El Chico’s Mexican Restaurant
(Turn in your Viewer’s Choice ballots to Barb Wilson by 7:00pm)

Sunday Oct 19
Breakfast at the Hotel, “Trolley” transport to airport, Departure WX briefings available FBO Terminal Have a Safe Flight!  See you next year

 Bring you own tie-downs and lanyards.  No hangar space available.
