3 ii. Warren Beach Higgins #641 was born in Knox Co., OH February 17, 1825. Warren died March 4, 1904 in Keokuk Co., IA, at 79 years of age.⁽⁴⁸⁵⁾ He married Marcia Ann Rubins in Marion Co., OH, April 14, 1850. (Marcia Ann Rubins #640.) Marcia was born in Richland Co., OH April 9, 1832. She was the daughter of William Rubins and Mary A. Tyson. Marcia died April 1, 1931 in Keswick, Keokuk Co., IA, at 98 years of age.
