2. Hugh² Mills (Johnathan¹) #749 was born in New Cumberland, OH April 6, 1835. Hugh died April 20, 1919 in Clay City, IL, at 84 years of age.

He married Ellenor Ann Rubins in Dunkirk, OH, June 3, 1856. (Ellenor Ann Rubins #645.) Ellenor was born in Plymouth, OH February 15, 1838. She was the daughter of William Rubins and Mary A. Tyson. Ellenor died December 11, 1911 in Clay City, IL, at 73 years of age.

Hugh Mills and Ellenor Ann Rubins had the following children:

4 ii. William Mills #752 was born in IL about 1857.

5 iii. Joseph Imperatus Mills #753 was born May 13, 1860. Joseph died September 10, 1935 in Weslaco, TX, at 75 years of age.

6 iv. Sarah Emma Mills #756 was born April 5, 1864. Sarah died January 9, 1953 in Dallas, TX, at 88 years of age.

7 v. Charles Israel Mills #757 was born in St. Louis, MO September 6, 1866.

8 vi. Mary Loretta Mills #758 was born in Clay City, IL about 1880.
