37. Milton Francis⁵ Levee (Michael⁴, Samuel³ Levi, Michael² Levy, Michael¹ Levee) #1421 was born August 25, 1856.⁽⁵⁷²⁾ Milton died March 24, 1914 at 57 years of age.

He married Delia about 1882. (Delia #1659.) "In the household during the 1880 census were his wife Celia (Delia?), his mother Nancy, age 49, his sister Cora, 19, his sister Libbie Houghman, age 18, her husband Silas, age 22, sisters Adda, 15, Susie, 14, May, 10, Lillian, 8, and brother Willard, 10." Source citation from 1880 Federal Census Soundex, L-100, ED 32, p. 33, FHL 448198 as cited by Mrs. Emma-Jo Levee Davis, Willamsburg, VA. Silas and Libbie "Houghman" are likely to be Silas HOFFMAN [b. Dec. 1859] and his new bride Elizabeth E. Levee HOFFMAN [b. Apr.10, 1862]. Others are mother, Nancy Bellinger [b.Nov.15, 1828] which means the age in the census is wrong by making her two years younger. In June 1880 she would have been 51. Sister Cora [b.Jan.1861] is accurate at age 19. "Adda" is Adelaid Levee [b. Sept.1864] is accurate at age 15. "Susie" would be Susan [b. Nov.1865] is accurate at age 14. "May" would be Mae [b.Nov.1868] who should be 11 at the time of the census. Lillian [b.Jul.1871] who would be approaching her ninth birthday just after the census was taken. Willard [b.Oct.1874] who would be 5 not 10 at the time of the census. Where is Dianna Levee [b.Jan.1869] age 11 and the father Michael LEVEE [b.Jan.1824] who would have been age 56 and who didn't die until April 1,1875.
