He married Anna Dean in La Crosse, WI, September 8, 1887. (Anna Dean #1764.) Anna was born in Oneida, NY December 25, 1864. She was the daughter of Michael Dean and Dora Lawrence. Anna died August 25, 1917 in Schenectady, NY, at 52 years of age.

Byron Houghton Levee and Anna Dean had the following child:
