3. Gerrit³ Van Slichtenhorst (Brant Aertz², Aert¹ Hermansz) #1964 was born in Holland about 1630. Gerrit died January 9, 1683/84 in Escopus (Kingston), NY.

He married Aeltje Lansing in NY, before 1660. (Aeltje Lansing #1965.) Aeltje was born in Hasselt, Overyssel, Holland 1637. She was the daughter of Gerrit Frederickse Lansing and Elizabeth Hendrickse. Aeltje died after September 1685 in Escopus (Kingston), NY.

Gerrit Van Slichtenhorst and Aeltje Lansing had the following child:

4 i. Bata⁴ Van Slichtenhorst #1963.
