Captain Sheila Chapman Reports:
Well, the final results are in. Vintage 1 Rancho 2. First of all Thanks to everyone that came today to support the team. Mark, Chuck, Dick, Larry and Cindi.Rudy Portis and Annie Kubicka put up a good fight but lost to a tough team 3-6,2-6. Jose Orozco and Deborah DeSousa pulled off an efficient win 6-0,6-3. John Cooney and Ruth Berggren had a really tough match. Not only did they attempt to play in the rain for awhile they had to go back the next day and start serving at 5-6 in the second set. Final results for the well fought battle 3-6, 5-7

The NVTA 3.5 B Senior Women's Team will be competing at Districts at Natomas Raquet Club in Sacramento April 11-13. Good Luck Ladies!
Captain Ben Caron Reports:
The Senior Men's 3.0 completed the league with a record of 5 & 1 to finish first and dropped the play off match 1-2 this past Sunday. Lou Martin and Ira Smith came through with a win in straight sets, Stan Boehm and Bob Daprato played three sets and ended up on the short end of third set tie break, Ben Caron and Ralph Mann split sets and also ended up on the short end of the tie break. Great season guys, next year we go all the way!

The Senior Men's 4.0 Season just ended yesterday with our Vintage team losing our playoff match to defending champs Solano Athletic Club. We lost the match 1-2 but had a very good season handing Solano Athletic Club thier only loss for the season.
