In-Shop Service

 

Napa Computer, Inc. has a highly trained staff of technicians that stay abreast of today's technology and whose certifications are constantly updated.  In a short period of time all of our Techs will be A+ Certified.   NCI has a quality controlled environment with the latest in tools, utilities, and ESD* protection.  *Electro-static-discharge.

 

On-Site Service

 

For your convenience NCI provides on-site service.  This will reduce computer down-time for your business and and home computing.

 

Warranty Repair

 

NCI is authorized to repair your IBM (Thinkpad, Aptiva, etc.), Lexmark printers, Acer, and more.  Mac warranty repair applied for.   We currently service non-warranty Macintosh.

 

Service Contracts

 

For a one time fee per year you can rest assure that NCI will keep your computer system up and running.  This includes full coverage for parts and labor, with in-shop or on-site flexibility.  Available as an extended warranty too!

 

Maintenance Contracts

 

Preventative maintenance for your computer system.  NCI will keep your system tuned and clean, helping to prevent costly downtime.
