SNOWBIRD SKI AREA
A breathtaking mountain with
excellent steeps, snow, and scenery. Wedged into the steep canyon walls in Cottonwood Canyon (an
area known for it's avalanches). Diamond and Double Black Diamond runs extend in many areas from
the top to the bottom of the mountain. The tram provides an amazing liftride up the full three
thousand feet. This ski area has a bit of everything but it's definitely not for the faint-hearted.

Snowbird is located in Little Cottonwood Canyon, 26 miles east of
Salt Lake City. From Salt Lake take I-215 south to the 6200 South exit, then follow signs to Little
Cottonwood Canyon.
